助理医学顾问Associate Medical Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical support and advice to assigned franchise(s) to fulfill the needs in the development of marketing strategy and scientific promotion of products;
- Develop the local clinical study protocols according to registration needs and marketing strategy. Review and provide input to investigator-initiated clinical studies with objectives in compliance with marketing needs. Review clinical study reports and prepare for publication;
- Review promotional materials for assigned products, make sure the information provided is updated, accurate and balanced, meanwhile, ensure the compliance with company’s policies and applicable local regulations;
- Collect available scientific data and information; generate the response to the inquiries from both internal and external customers on assigned products.

Requirements:
Master degree or above, medical background is required;
Good team spirit; business-oriented; responsible and creative;
Good communication skills with fluent verbal and written English and Chinese;
Clinical research experience is a plus.

临床研究助理 Clinical Research Associate
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Leader and clinical research manager with the identification and selection of investigators to undertake clinical studies, when required;
Prepare documentation for Ethics Committee submission;
Coordinate receipt and distribution of clinical trial supplies;
Identify and source study supplies;
Prepare and conduct initiation visits;
Oversee assigned clinical trials to ensure compliance with the ICH- GCP and according to Merck’s SOPs;
Monitor and document the progress of assigned clinical studies through regular visits and telephone contact with site personnel;
Liaise with and report to clinical research manager regularly on study status through monitoring reports and meetings;
Document all study related communications;
Perform Source Data Verification to ensure accurate data is recorded;
Ensure all Serious Adverse Events are reported and followed up according to Merck SOPs and local regulation.

Requirements:
Medical qualifications, bachelor degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology and Public Health, etc.;
Good communication skill, possess good English skills;
Proficiency in computer skills;
Clinical research experience is preferred.

医学部助理（Administrative Associate）
Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to Associate RA director including travel arrangement, document filing, etc.;
- Provide admin support to Medical Services team, including travel arrangement, document filing, etc.;
- Maintain and update MS database, filing and tracking systems;
- Perform ad hoc project(s) or assignment(s).

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin;
- Team work spirit;
- Multinational company experience is preferred;
- Medical background is preferred.

资产管理和税务分析师(Treasury & Tax Analyst)
Responsibilities:
- Bank relationship & bank account management; manage bank authorizers and users of e-banking system;
- Ensure a timely and accurate reporting of its treasury related activities, including meeting Corporate Treasury and local finance reporting requests;
- Treasury & tax related documentation administration, maintain a proper filing of treasury & tax related documentation to comply with SOX & internal audit requirements;
- Responsible for credit related matters including credit customer evaluation, credit approval and make sure credit policies and procedures are in full compliance;
- Liaise with local authorities, including SAFE, SAT etc.;
- Monthly tax filing;
- Back up the Treasury Manager on other treasury activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably major in Finance related areas;
- Highly motivated finance professional with 3-4 years’ experience in treasury or other finance area;
- Familiarity with local finance markets, regulations and laws as applied to treasury & tax;
- Written and oral fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of application software; experienced in JDE is preferred;
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus spirit, a team player;
- Mature, independent, positive and strong sense of responsibility
