Essential Job Functions:
Product development (Daughter & variant) Participate together with development partner in development projects (development, verification, ID & quality). Follow-up action plans & time schedules. Communicate with mechanical object leader.
Mechanical Support
Support assigned projects with design and process related issues. Active work at supplier & production. Follow-up action plans & time schedules
Technical support to China project (feasibility, time plan etc).
Make specifications and perform verification/approval. Communicate, verify & support supplier.
Verification Understand test directions. Analyze & document test result.
Mechanical Specification
Make 2D and 3D specifications Handle and improve our CAD tool, including making and maintaining related processes (uiProject design rules etc).
Qualifications:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Good communication skills in English. Mechanical design and verification experience

Responsibilities:
System Specification and System Solution
· Generate technical specifications based on the results of requirements analysis and management.
· Work with P&G and all the other units within DUC to identify the best System Solution.
· Participate actively in the technical specification work with the selected operators and influence with the Sony Ericsson direction.
Requirement Management:
· Collect Customer Requirements
· Make analysis of Customer Requirements in terms of what the real concern in customer end is, how important the requirement is to our business, and how much impact to our existing Platform, through research, and discussion w/ relevant PBU departments, esp. PAP, DU and the integration of industrial intelligence.
· Map Customer requirements and make Compliance statements, “P&G Requirements Handling”, and Platform/Process Requirements Reports.
· Manage Change Control in products developed by other sites and DUC.
Technical Roadmap
· Participate actively in the global roadmap work led by P&G, take ownership and responsibility in certain areas.
· Follow up and monitor the development of technological trends in China and provide input to the P&G organization.
Requirements:
Master of Science
At least 5 years as senior engineer in the mobile phone industry.
Fluent in Chinese and English.

职位描述：
Job Summary:
To run the project, during the entire life cycle, and act within the scope of the Project Specification to ensure the right product, at the right time, quality, volume and cost as defined at TG Execute.
Essential Job Functions:
Plan, form and run allocated main projects to develop, deliver and maintain the product.
Authorize procurement of material according to approved project directives.
Initiate and run process and quality improvement projects.
Within the scope of the project specification take all possible steps to secure and deliver all parts of the product offering as committed at TG Execute and later.
Approve sub-project assignment specifications, project plans (including TTM work model adaptations), project budgets and Mile Stone reports within the project.
Request resources to the project.
Report the project status at the Program Review meetings and/or applicable SEMC Management Meetings.
Act to get requirements and ensure decisions in time. Together with the Product Manager take decisions regarding deviations to the Product Specification, within the scope of the project specification.
Reporting:
MS0-MS7: The Main Project Manager reports to the steering group and the project sponsor – to secure product launch on time with committed volumes and committed CoS according to the project specification.
MS7-MS11: The Main Project Manager reports to the steering group – to secure product maintenance (including cost and quality) and product availability, according to the project maintenance plan, to fulfill the business case.
Responsible for monthly budget forecasts up to RTL +12 weeks.
Qualifications:
Master Degree in engineering,
6+ years experience in project management
Production/development of electronics and/or consumer products.
